The Sausage Fest Week 4

The pups are awake and starting to waddle. Their mobility develops quickly during week 4 and by the end of it they are fully on the move! We will also begin weaning with soft food now. Mom Clover is basically a walking boob at the moment 😅 That sweet girl gets all the food she wants so she can make plenty of milk for her big crew and she does a great job at it!

I love the big clear “points” on our smooth boys. Vienna is a stunning little shaded cream just like her daddy. It looks like Salami might have a splash or two of dapple blue in his eyes. Bratwurst is going to be such a beautiful light blondey. Hickory is such a rich shade of red, different than her brother Chorizo who is a lighter more yellow hued red. I love the variety in Dachshunds, they’re all so beautiful and special!
