Week four is all about kick starting the weaning process and getting up n around to explore! They hop up now when they hear my voice, tails wagging, tiny barks, looking around for the voice. Itty bitty legs, not super steady, but cute as can be. When I cleaned the pen today I swapped out their sherpa mat/bed for an open crate with blanket inside. They cozied right up in there, off to a great start learning that a crate is a safe space. Not to say they won’t put up a fuss when someday the door gets closed at bedtime, but we hope this helps make the fussing shorter and easier in the long run.
