The First Snow

Emma welcomed her first litter just as our first snowstorm of the year was blowing in. So depsite the fact that these pups are all darker colors, we’re going with a wintery theme ❄️ This is a special litter, where I had the priviledge of using CH Filbert of Sunflower Dachshunds as the sire. The hope was to get at least one female to hold back for my program.

Luckily Emma gave me 3 to choose from this time! I am so thrilled! All the girls will remain on hold until evaluations are complete around 8 weeks of age. I may keep 1 or 2, depending on how they turn out. The male will become available to my waiting list likely at the same time as The Thanksgiving Fixin’s litter.
