The Candy Corn Crew Week 3

All the smoothies are awake and alert now. Being such a big group of boys, they quickly grew out of the nest box and have transitioned onto a cozy flat bed. This will make it easier for them to explore the whelping pen. They’ll get the hang of walking over the course of the week. Just in time for us to introduce soft foods at the half way mark.

KitKat is still being raised by Sparkle, which will continue for a couple more weeks. Once weaning is well underway, I’ll be combining all three litters into one very large playpen that the moms can visit at liesure. There are still a few boys looking for homes that did not get picked up by the waiting list. See Current Litters page for details and application.
